DIAMOND COLOUR

The purer the colour of the diamond the rarer it is. Most diamonds are white with a slight tint of yellow, brown, grey. Colour is graded in letters D – Z. D Being the purist of all colourless, and very rare, this gives the stone the capacity to reflect and refract light to give greater brilliance. A single difference in colour grade can dramatically affect the value of the diamond.
