There are many important factors to take into account when buying diamonds, but it really does come down to whether or not you like the stone. There are four main areas to take into account Colour, Clarity, Cut and Carat. These are called the 4 C’s. The prices of diamonds are dramatically affected by these factors. It is important to study these factors and work out which grading of diamond is most suitable for you. I would advice not to go high in one area and low in another it is best to get an average of all the factors
