MARQUISE CUT
The Marquise Cut diamond will generally maximise the carat weight of the diamond in it’s size. The Marquise Cut shape will make fingers appear to be long and slender due to it’s length. The length-to-width ratio will effect the look of the stone from above. This Ratio is shown in the diagram.
For a traditional Marquise cut diamond the Length-to-width ratio should be between 1.75- 2.25
